Focused on the issues that matter most to Menasha.

I will work to improve the quality of life in Menasha, and that includes making sure we are in a position to attract new businesses and support their success.

To do this I will focus on Responsible Spending, Neighborhoods and Working Together.

Responsible Spending

I have 11 years experience analyzing and voting on our annual city budget.

Menasha residents have the right to expect excellent services, including police and fire protection, public works, good roads and recreational opportunities, with a reasonable tax burden.

As mayor, I will continue to work with city staff to present budgets that keep costs down while providing the services you deserve.

Neighborhoods

A consistent theme I’ve heard from residents for the past 11 years is the need for more and better housing for people in all stages of life — and the need for city engagement in the efforts to strengthen our neighborhoods.

The first step in addressing these challenges is to identify opportunities to improve and/or repurpose existing properties across the city.

Menasha’s neighborhoods are our top asset. Investment and collaboration between the private and public sector to support and improve Menasha’s neighborhoods will create job-training and workforce opportunities that encourage people and families to move here, building a stable tax base for the future.

As your next mayor, I’ll work with our schools, labor unions, and private sector partners to get this done.

Working Together

Policies and decisions coming out of City Hall have a real impact on your daily lives. Eleven years on the City Council has taught me the importance of listening, understanding, and being willing to work with and learn from others, including you — the citizens we serve.

As your next mayor, I am committed to improving communication with City Hall — both sharing information publicly with you and listening to your feedback and concerns.

Let’s keep Menasha moving forward, together.
